W. Ed Moss Jr. – Southeast Regional Leader

Ed is the Southeast Regional Leader of MKA, a Richey May company, and has more than 30 years of accounting, auditing, and leadership experience. Through 2025, he has successfully completed more than 35 acquisitions, with experience guiding firms from initial planning through integration.

Ed has extensive experience bringing multiple offices together and allocating resources across the firm. During an integration, he focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, supporting employees, preserving company culture, and bringing together technology, marketing, and internal processes.

Throughout his career, Ed has worked across a variety of industries, with extensive experience in construction and development, nonprofit organizations, restaurants, manufacturing, employee benefit plans, and other privately held businesses.

Ed is a native of Kentucky and father to two daughters, Mya and Macy. He enjoys boating, watching college football, attending Orlando Magic games, and traveling. Ed has traveled to every continent to visit each natural wonder of the world and has no intentions of letting his travels end there.
